The Casa 10×10 by Nicolás del Rio and Max Núñez is a project located in suburban foothills of the city of Santiago at 880 meters above sea level. The house is thought from 3 unique elements: a shady courtyard 10×10 meters, a beam bridge suspended over the courtyard, and an entrance hall palace where measures would be the main staircase. The choice of concrete, with identical patterns for the interior and exterior of the house, would give the project a consistent that homogenize the diversity of project volumes and spaces, accentuating structural strength and the contrast between open faces and faces opaque.
